business success within in the company's focused vertical markets. The technical
staff has collectively accumulated decades of experience with the design, development
and distribution of business information and automatic identification products.

Peter Allison, Chairman and President:
A "serial entrepreneur", Mr. Allison has more 30 years of business management,
venture capital, and equity placement experience. He holds a BA in Economics from
the University of Washington and a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University.

EXECUTIVE and TECHNICAL TEAM:
Carlton Burgess, Director, Healthcare and Clinical Laboratory Operations:
Mr. Burgess has more than 25 years of experience in a broad range of
healthcare management and business development positions. He has held leadership
positions in both public and private hospitals and national integrated healthcare
systems. His experience includes Information Technology management for Baxter
Healthcare and Operations Director for SmithKline-Beecham and Quest Diagnostics.
Mr. Burgess is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a BS from the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukie and Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stretch University.

Bruce Butler, Director, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Operations:
Mr. Butler has more than 25 years of general management, strategic business
development and industry analysis experience in the Healthcare, Information Technology,
and Medical Device sectors. As Executive Director for Premier Preferred Care of
New York and New Jersey, he helped the multi-hospital-owned PPO start-up grow to
50,000 members including more than 30 hospitals and 3,000 physicians. Mr. Butler
has a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance and
Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Paul McManus, PE, Sr. Systems Applications Engineer:
Mr. McManus has over 25 years electrical and electronic engineering experience with
product and system development. His experience includes design of hardware and
software for many microprocessor-based products and systems in the RFID, medical,
data collection, and utility industries. Mr. McManus is a Licensed Professional
Electrical Engineer in the state of Washington and received his Bachelor of Science
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Venkata Nutheti, Software Specialist
Mr. Nutheti has 25 years experience in high-level system architecture design,
Enterprise Software development, and real-time embedded systems. His work experience
includes seven years in network development at IBM, five years in telephone switch
development at Nortel, and three years in the Work Station group at Wang Labs. Mr.
Nutheti received his BS in India, and holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from
Wayne State University.
